THE IDEA

The concept was to create an electrifying aftermovie for the European/Belgian Championships Gravel Bike, capturing the essence of the event's excitement and competitiveness. Alongside, we were asked by Golazo to produce two additional videos: one focusing on the sponsor, Bolero, and another highlighting the overall atmosphere of the event. 

THE CHALLENGE

Our key challenge lay in encapsulating the high-energy and fast-paced nature of the gravel bike race, ensuring that the final edit not only captured the event's physical intensity but also the emotional highs of the participants and spectators. We needed to convey the spirit and the thrill of the race while also fulfilling the distinct requirements for each of the three videos

THE JOURNEY

Our crew, Killian Jouffroy and Robin Dams as cameramen, and Siebe Dirckx as the editor for the aftermovie, embarked on this exciting project. We strategically positioned ourselves at various points of the race to capture diverse angles and moments. The footage was shot to reflect the dynamism of the event. For Bolero's dedicated video, we focused on showcasing their presence and involvement in the event, adding a layer of brand-centric storytelling.
